A sample of a series of 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" booklets containing customized pages for each employee benfits group. The entire booklets were customized, from covers to contents, according to each group's particular coverages.

Newsletters are a popular method of communicating with your audience. From a simple 1 page (front and back letter size) to a four page spread on 11x17" paper, newsletters can be designed and printed inexpensively to communicate regualrly with your customers. If your budget allows, you can even go up to a color or glossy communication piece.

These two items form a small portion of a series of items developed for a human resources department of a busy retail chain. It was important to streamline the human resources and training materials into an easily recognizable series of communication pieces. The retail outlets were so inundated with marketing items and communications, this striking design allowed each outlet to identify human resources, training materials, monthly newsletters in the stacks of paper.

We were presented with a design and layout challenge. A great deal of information needed to be collected by the client in order to provide a detailed, accurate quotation. The previous forms used by the salespeople were long, scattered and required a great deal of involvement by the salespeople to get accurate information. Redesigning a form that included appropriate instruction, detail and options resulted in this 4 page (front and back across an 11x17" page) layout. The result - no lost pages, all the ifnromation was easily understood and included, sales people could more easily use the form and the administrative staff could more quickly and accurately develop the quotation.
